Welcome to Mint Bins. By using our trash bin cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Service Description
Mint Bins provides trash bin cleaning services as part of an Unlimited Trash Bin Cleaning Membership. Our cleaning services are provided to the best of our ability and in accordance with our route and truck availability.
Billing and Payment Terms
Customers will be charged at the time of signup and each month thereafter for only $10/month. Each cleaning service provided (a “visit”) is at the 50% off regular customer price and is billed beforehand (currently $39 per visit).
Customers must have an active or up-to-date payment method in our system to allow payment to be processed. We will not schedule any services until payment has been received. We only accept ACH payments. Customers can update their payment information at any time by contacting our customer service team.
Scheduling and Notification Policy
We schedule our services according to our route and truck availability and with regard to the trash pickup days that the customer provides at the time of signup.
Trash Bin MUST be empty to be cleaned. Any bins that are not empty cannot be cleaned.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information to avoid any revisit charges or scheduling errors. We will send an SMS notification to the customer the day before service to remind them to leave their bin(s) available for cleaning. If bin(s) are not available for cleaning and we have not been notified after our SMS schedule reminder, typically, we will not reschedule or refund. It is at our discretion whether to reschedule or credit for any missed service that were not the fault of Mint Bins.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their Membership after the 6-month term by calling us at 203-309-BINS or emailing us at BINS@MintBins.net.
Bins cleaned outside of the Membership program are billed at the regular bin rate of $79 PER BIN (vs. the $39 UNLIMITED NUMBER OF BINS).
